Shipping Policy

PROCESSING AND SHIPPING TIME:

The processing and shipping time is 7 to 14 business days

The processing and shipping time is 5 to 8 business days.

PROCESSING TIME:
Once your order is placed, there is a mandatory 24-48 hour order verification period (up to 2 FULL BUSINESS DAYS)  . This time frame does not count towards your business days for shipping and tracking. Business days are not weekends nor holidays.
 
What is part of the processing time: The processing time includes order verification, hair order received at our facility, quality checking, and packaging. All orders are processed at our location within 3-4 business days following receiving order from the vendor.
 
Once your processing period clears, your ORDER'S business days begin. Once we ship your order, you will immediately receive a tracking number to the email you provided us.
 
 
WHAT ARE BUSINESS DAYS?
Business days do not include weekends or holidays.

PLEASE BE ADVISED THAT DELAYS CAN HAPPEN WHICH IS BEYOND OUR CONTROL. UNDER CERTAIN CIRCUMSTANCES SHIPPING CAN TAKE LONGER.
WE DO NOT CONTROL THE SHIPPING CARRIERS.
WE CANNOT CHANGE ANY ADDRESSES. BE SURE TO CHECK YOUR ADDRESS BEFORE CONFIRMING THE ORDER. IF YOUR ADDRESS IS INCORRECT, YOUR ORDER WILL BE CANCELLED.
 
We process, ship, and deliver packages Monday through Friday (excluding weekends and holidays).
 
Following the processing of your order, you will receive an email notification of these details, followed by your tracking details for shipments. 
Processing time may be delayed if your shipping address is questionable and or order is flagged as a risk (we use this additional time to help ensure the security of your payment information).  We may require proof of identification for the billing information received.

Once you have placed your order we can not revise or alter shipping options.
